The structure of the MC can be generally described as follows:

Currently, 116 people are employed in the MC. In addition to the head office in Accra, the MC runs local offices in Bolgatanga, Assin Fosu, Asankrangwa, Tarkwa, Bibiani, Dunkwa and Akim-Oda.
