The PMMC has a total of 70 staff, serving its various departments. In addition to the head office, there are three branches; namely: Osu and Kumasi jewellery shops; and the Tarkwa gold buying office. The company also operates an Agency for gold buying in Bolgatanga.

The Management of the company is made up of the Managing Director, Mr. Peter Boachie, and two deputies namely:- Mr. George Asante, for Operations and Dr. Aristotle Kotey for Finance and Administration.
